RETURNS - DAMAGED ITEMS Orders are shipped in sturdy shipping tubes and boxes. Occasionally, packages are damaged in transit. If you have received a damaged shipment you MUST inform us within 10 days of receipt. Customers

must return the damaged goods along with original packaging to us via first or third class mail. We will refund the cost of shipping when we receive the package. No replacement can be sent until we receive the package. Please remember to include your name, address, and phone number in the returned package.
